By accessing or using The Hunt Buddy at thehuntbuddy.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. The Hunt Buddy is operated by Allegheny Works LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").
Use of the Site
The Hunt Buddy is a free resource for hunters providing a directory of taxidermists, wild game processors, and deer recovery services, along with hunting forecasts, species information, regulations references, and an AI-powered hunting assistant.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not use the Site to scrape, copy, or reproduce our directory data in bulk for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Business Listings
Our directory contains publicly available business information. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing. Business owners can request updates or removal of their listing by contacting us at hello@thehuntbuddy.com.
By submitting a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to list that business and that the information you provide is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your business information on the Site.
Paid Listings
Verified listings are billed annually. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a verified listing, you authorize us to charge the applicable annual fee. Listings are non-refundable after the listing has been published. You may cancel renewal at any time by contacting us before your renewal date.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate information without refund.
Huck AI Assistant
The Huck AI assistant is provided for informational purposes only. Responses from Huck are generated by an AI and may not always be accurate, current, or applicable to your specific situation. Always verify hunting regulations directly with your state wildlife agency before hunting. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on information provided by Huck.
Hunting Forecast
The hunting forecast is based on publicly available weather and solunar data. It is intended as a general guide only and does not guarantee hunting success or conditions. Always check local conditions and regulations before hunting.
Intellectual Property
The Hunt Buddy name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Allegheny Works LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without written permission. Business listing data sourced from public records is not claimed as our exclusive property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allegheny Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any listings found on the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
